I hope I'm in the right topic.

I'm beginning work on a site project, and I want to make some money of it. The google ads can bring in a few dollars but I need to get some serious income here so I can use it as commission for the developers I'm outsourcing to.

I plan on the site getting hit hard with traffic. The site is also going to have a lot of stickiness.

What can I do?

Well, if you're site is going to get hit hard with traffic, you will make a lot of money via Google. Although, I don't have any other suggestions for you. I am currently testing out a few, and I'll let you know if they produce anything.
