HI there all ive been in these forums for over a month now just checkign around reading and reading and reading lol but never posted mayb cus i diditn have a webiste to post abotu in first place but now ive got website and many worries along with it

Alright so one day i had an idea of amking a big website of almost all the web products,websites,driectories and so on.I'd put links on my website to sites ive joined or affilated with.BUt it seems its a really hard work to go to every single site which i link on my website and ask them to promote my website for traffic and to promote their site or product to get some money for myself after all thats wat my website is about.But in teh end i find myself with less money and looking to find top 10 good affiliations which pay u good and have no hassle.
Giving out good website and product links to ppl and gettign paid for that in the background.But as i told already its really hard to do dat all by myself like signign up for those many links every day and mostly they take too long to respond.
So heres my question i would like to first ask what is the best affiliation programme which i can sign up for free and has links or affiliations to other websites/web product and advertise them on my website to make money for my hosting and effort.
Or is is better to sign up for the affiliators myself and not through a affiliation programme dirctory website and so on you knw like those websites who you sign up with and they give you products and banners from other websites and you have choice which one you want to join and post on your website ye those kinds.I'l need pros and cons for these if u may plz.
I'd also like to ask if ad programmes like google adscene and paypopups.com kind of advertising is good? And i am looking for these kind of advertisiments for my websites on which the ads and advertisments keep on changing and rotating itself with best selling products and affiliations and so on.Like the advertisements change by itself and i dotn have to put many many affiliation links. If theres a script out there for this plz do tel me about it.
