Does anybody have any experience with LDAP. In particular, I'm trying to connect to an LDAP directory, I think it's X.500, not that I know what that means. I can use ASP to connect to Active Directory and Exchange using the ADsDSOOBJECT as the provider without any problem. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to connect to this directory. I need an example if anybody has one.

Have a look at this link. It shows how to create a LDAP object that you can use to retrieve information from the LDAP server.
