Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions' Smart HTML interpreter on this non-HTML page: "http://www.maggsduo.com/colin/regcolin.htm"

Above is the notice i get when i try to use the forms on my site. If you are aware of how to fix this or have any suggestions please contact me at maggsduo@ptd.net Thank you!
