I have a database, where I have subcommittees with members for areas in the US. The site is http://bqhc.des-us.com/regional.asp

I want to have something where the top can show the regions, and below, that region's data is shown. Something like the alphabetical list available on the internet.

Can anyone show me the code?

Well without any kind of detail the only advice would have been;

read database,
pull records,
display records.
