Hi,

I have a html form to capture users data. when i submit the form, a comma gets added to the beginning of every field that is captured....why?

it is really annoying......

Are you using the same field name for each field? If you're doing that, then that will occur.

Besides being bad form design (unless you've got some kind of datagrid-style form), ASP by default will create a comma-separated string of the values.
