i currently have all the asp code and html for my company's site and would like to make the same page work on a different server and just change the logo and title etc i haven't messed much with asp but can do a lot with html i am really lost in this whole thing and it would be asome if some one could help me. if i just dl all the files from the ftp and up load them to mine the site does not work or even show up

When you say the site does not show up, how are you trying to access it? http://ipaddress?

Just uploading them to the new server isn't the only thing you have to do. You also have to setup the website in IIS, etc.
