is there a way to store multiple things in one cell(and then later read them)

Like i'd have an entry for dogs, then one row called pictures, with hyperlinks to pictures, which I could then read and turn into html on my page.

Make any sence?

simple answer is

Don't!

One item per field ONLY!

use separate table when you have a one to many relationship.
