This is my first post and this forum and I need a feedback form script for my company's site. The server supports asp.net, but all of the scripts I've found don't work.

I've tried many scripts, like this one:

and I always seem to get this error:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/web2mail/feedback.asp, line 81
800401f3



I believe it may have something to do with this:

Does anyone know of any scripts that support Windows Server 2003? Or perhaps how to get CDONTS working in it? Thanks in advance.

CDONTS does not exist on Windows servers any more, it is available on Windows 2003 BUT you need direct access (console or via TS) to actually set it up.

You need to be using CDOSYS

It is far more capable and flexible than CDONTS was.

I have attached an ASP file with this post. Unzip it and upload it to your server and the run this file from your web browser. (Example: http://www.yourserver.com/asp_components.asp).

This will display all the components (including email and upload) installed and supported on your server.
