When people add records to the DB they might type the Surname in as Google or google or GOOGLE. How can I manipulate the string so that it is uniform whenever it is displayed on a ASP Page eg: Google ?
Thank you for all your help.

Use UCase and LCase (UpperCase and LowerCase) functions, together with Left to get the first character, and Mid to get the rest.
Surname = UCase(Left(Surname, 1)) & LCase(Mid(Surname, 2))
