why some persons always told me that if build site with asp.it will not safe for my sites
i am always worried about our sites are in risk.
anyone help me ?

Probably because it's Microsoft, and if computers are your religion, Microsoft is the Fallen Angel. If Steve Jobs isn't your god, though, and you can think clearly, ASP.NET and even ASP Classic are as safe as PHP, if not moreso.

chrishirst is right. They must be stupid. Or probably they are web site developers and want you to redevelop your web sites in the language they know.

asp is safe.safety depends upon how you write code.now people migrate from asp to asp.net as it provides more features and enhancements

HivelocityDD is right... it depends how you work on it.. if you want to be more secure.. you have to work on your site security..

no, I heard about a vagrant asp script which held up the local Natwest at gunpoint and another which mugged a nun.

It is the same with most coding formats... The developer is the one who decides just "How Secure?".

The code itself is what may contain weakness, but I cannot personally see how ASP or ASP.net could be any worse than, PHP, HTML, JavaScript or any other coding.

I am sure they may have a reason.. May a bad experience previously?
