Hello I found myself with a program that runs off of asp programming. I had to get a separate windows account to host it. Now I am wondering if a converter would work to run on a linux account better? Any ideas and thoughts are welcome.

You will probably have to rewrite the code.

It is a bowling script for my bowling forums. It tracks, logs and analysis what a bowlers bowls for a year.

It was done in asp, but I just wondered about converting it or not.

Probably would not have worked on what was the only *nix ASP system which has been killed off by Sun now anyway. Very simple scripts were fine, but once you got into databases etc it failed completely.

you could use Mono - but I doubt if you webhost will allow this on a shared server - in fact i can almost guarantee they wont. Better to translate the code.
