hello. Not sure if this is the appropriate forum to post this in, but need database work for a real estate website.
Instructions from data provider are to do 1 initial download of MLS database (mssql) to my hosts' database (mssql) and then run updates every 3 days.
I need my hosts' database set up so everything is automated. (Every 3 days, a script? cron job? queries the data providers database and updates my database with the new listings and changes.
There are 3 table that interact with each other in the DB. One is the main listings table. Another is a detailed features table and another table has the listings that must be displayed.
