I have a quick web-design question.

I’m running a website for bikers (www.bikermatch.co.uk if you’re interested) which currently has 25,000 members.

Now, some members choose to pay for extra features on the website, a small charge of around £1 per week.

What I would like to offer those who pay is an email account (simple POP3/SMTP).

My server is running Win2k3, IIS6, .net etc (though I code entirely in classic asp).

What I’d like to know is: If I install Exchange on the server, would there be a way to A) Create a small mailbox (with a specific email address, password and mailbox size), and B) Disable that when the person’s payment runs out? … both via VBScript / ASP.

If not then do you know of another solution?

This would be great if it’s possible.
