Hey guys I have a few questions that I think you can help me out with.
This is what I got going on right now. I have bought a pre made auction website from rainworx.com.
This website consist of CSS, HTML, ASP.net, they require using Microsoft SQL server 2007.
Now what I am trying to do is edit the design in a graphical atmosphere so I can see the end result before I upload it to my server.
My problem is that I don’t know what combination of programs to use to do this, or how to set them up.

Any ideas?

Do you mean you want to test the program in you computer? You must install the software first.

If it is ASP.NET then you may need to install Visual Studio.

But first check the files containing website design. Usually turnkey websites create html templates for the design which you can easily edit in any html editor or Dreamweaver.

download visual web developer from microsoft. its free and the size is less than 100mb. you can edit both html and aspx files. make a backup before editing. watch some video tutorials on youtube to get familiar with the interface..

You could also create a "test" folder on the server to upload test things before it goes live.

I think Dreamweaver would be the best option for designing these kind of websites.
