Hi Im wandering if someone could havce a look at the below link for me.

I get a server error when I simply hit return which is obviously not wanted. If I enter a value in the search field , say 'ai' the page works ok.

Could someone perhaps explain why this may be occurring.


I have attached the asp file having rename named it as a txt file.

I confess, this isnt my field so some of what done may seem a little jumbled. Any guidance would be appreciated.

1/ Disable friendly errors in IE so you can see what is going wrong

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Uncheck "Show friendly HTTP erors" in Browsing section

then look at the line number in error.

I don't even see a form on the page BTW and you should format the HTML source by using a vbCrLf to add line spacing.
it makes the page source readable
