I am a small business owner and also a web developer. Fortunatelly my business has grown rapidly in the past year and now we are overwhelmed with emails. We cannot keep using Outlook and we are looking for a good and reliable Help Desk Support Software or Email Ticketing Application.

I need a system that will help me track and follow costomer inquiries.

I have been researching online and there seem to be so many options that I cannot decide.

I was wondering if anybody has used, know, or is currently using a Help Desk Support Software that you wold recommend.

Thank you very much for your help. I forgot to say that I need somethging programmed in ASP or ASP.NET

The ones you mentioned are in PHP and won't work in my server.

Do you know of any other ones?
