I only wish to output ten records a time from my get rows. Is there an easy way of creating this step through database on my web page.

just as you would with a recordset it's simply a different kind of array/collection

and with a recordSet?
I thought there was a constant that could be set that assisted in this?

not sure what you are asking at all

to step through the array just use a for ... next loop.
