I’m now workin’ on a website that requires a search engine, which allows the user to type any string into the search bar and bring up results into the main window of any text item on the website. As well it has to be able to search products by city, country, etc.. and form to type information and then a submit button that will send the results to the owners e-mail and the person who wants the website done wants to be able to make updates easy without doing any code, through some kind of cms(easy update thingy) thingy. Would you know how I would go about doing this? What type of code is this? Is it .ASP? PHP? Any tutorials suggestions anything to help with this endeavour?

Why did you link to another thread where you asked the exact same question?

Anyway, chrishirst is right. You need to figure out what your server allows and then build a database with a client self-administration (I hate the term CMS...it's so corporate whorish.)
