New here so apologies if this is wrong place to ask.

I had someone email me to say when they checked their site on Link Valet http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/valet/
The link they had pointing to my site was returning a 403 Forbidden error message.

I tested this by creating another page on one of my other sites and pointed a link at the site in question, which resulted in the same error.

I also entered my url in to the "check site" box at Link Valet and got the same error.

My site is,
http://www.uksmallbusinessdirectory.co.uk

Any ideas on what may be causing the problem would be appreciated.

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.

public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the
reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly
used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request
has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

Your server is refusing connection from htmlhelp.com
May be you have to check with your web hosting provider about this.
