I am sending emails to multimple users. their emails are stored in database.

Is there any way that all of my clients get emails in their inboxes, rather than in their BULK folders.

Hope anyone could help me out.

You can't control other people's inbox. ;-)
But you can control your messages.

Please make sure that your message passes through spam filters. Avoid fishy flashy words.

Many sites I deal with will post a warning for me to add them to my safe list or risk missing their emails. You might want to post some similar notice on your registration page

It is very difficult to pass thru the spam filter now a days email companies have made their filters more strong

The question that I have is: why are you sending these emails?

If you're sending messages to bulk users, it's very rare these days that they are unsolicited message. I find that 99% of the bulk user messages I get are like boobs on a bull.
