You can't.
Well actually you could using OLE and/or WSH, but Powerpoint would have to be installed on the server. I'm assuming you don't have Powerpoint available otherwise File -> Save as WebPage would do what you need.
Bearing in mind that the HTML that PP creates is abysmally bloated code.
