Hi,

I have a problem where a few people think it is funny to send stupid amounts of email from my site in 1 go, this is of course slowing my server. I was just wandering if there is some kind of code i can use to prevent this? i am sure i have seen it forums somewhere, where it has a 15 second delay before re-posting. Any help anyone can offer me on this would be great as i really would not know what to start looking for?
