I've been trying to find out how to show only a few characters instead of great long urls that destroy my neet tables. This is for my referrers page like this:
http://www.google.com/search=yadayadayada?andcountryand otherstuff/etcetc?nowmytableisbroke

It would be nice if it looked like this:
http://www.google.com/search=yada...

Does anyone know how to do that (I,m using asp)?

The URLs are so long they push the table sideways right off the screen. so you have to scroll sideways to see.

I'm sorry - I didn't take your post subject in consideration and I was confused as of how a url had anything to do with table structure. It looks as if though Chris's example should work for you above.
