Hi guys, I'm pretty new to this Access thingy... but I have to make a report for some school surveys, so in the Queries I have to separate the 'questions' into the groups for how people answered. Example, question 1 had 4 different answers, and so in the queries I want to count how many people chose answer A, or B etc. When I hit the E button and select Count, however, it gives me a data mismatch error. Is there any easier way for me to separate the field data so I can put it into a report giving the totals of each response? Thank you so much, I'm sorry I'm such a dummy =P
Oh also, I have to make some grpahs to represent what % chose answer A-D and I wonder where/how to do that in Access? Thank you so much!!

Is the graphing for Access or ASP using Access ?
