Can anyone recommend some blogging software I can incorporate into a site?

It needs to be ASP (MS SQL ideally, but I can upsize from Access) and - most importantly - it needs to allow mutiple users to set up and run their own blogs.

This last point is the awkward one to cover.

There is one very easy option that I know of and it's free and takes no programming/coding. I know, too good to be true. It's blogspot.com.

On your server, you create a separate blog folder for each user. Then you set up an FTP account for each user that gives them ftp access to the folder. The user adds content to his/her blog at blogspot.com. When they are ready, they click "update blog" and blogspot.com will FTP the updated blog to your/their server. You can even customize the blog template to look exactly like your site and it even creates an XML file for syndication.

Check it out! I have a friend that uses it and loves it.

Oh yah! The XML feed is in ATOM format. If you need the more common RSS format, this site will convert it for you: http://www.2rss.com/software.php?page=atom2rss

Thanks, I'll take a look. I think I'd prefer the whole thing hosted on my site so I've got full control over it though.

If you want more functionality than you can shake a stick at (including blogs) give www.typo3.org or www.typo3.com a look... It's the best OS CMS out there

Don't know if it runs on a windows server. Have you looked at Drupal?

I am currently testing an install of it. I will be happy to PM you url of the test site so that you can see it.
