There is Pure ASP Upload

and this File Upload via ASP ( I use this on a few sites).

all you need to do then is store the filename and path in the database. To display it you read the name & path from the DB and build the src attribute and alt text.

Or you could use the built-in upload file control in ASP.NET - your server surely supports it, and you can run asp & aspx side by side in the same application.
