at www.landersgarden.com, whenever am viewing the store, it says it is secure. but as soon as i put the mouse over the sidebar, it gives that thing that says this page contains secure and nonsecure items . . . blah blah blah.

what can i do to prevent this?

all of the links on the sidebar are directly linked, so they are not secure, but it is just in the "href" part of it. I don't call any pictures or scripts from other sites

Everything on a secure page that is a link of some kind needs to link only to secure servers.

But for some reason it only happens when the sidebar opens. If there is no solution, how to I make a hyperlink to a non-secure site?

Perhaps be sure that all the images (in image tags) have https as a part of their URL's.
