I was asking because you wanted a comment on the design. You used a template that is used on other blogs I've run across. I take it that it is a template from Blogger? If possible, you might want to come up with your own. You want to distinguish yourself.

I agree with Joder. I also agree with what you have written in a post that it is quality content that gets you the link. This is very true. But since you are catering to web design audiences, you might want to personalize your template. And more content.

I agree that you should get a custom design and also probably buy your own domain.

You're doing a good job with the content, but I would stay clear of advising people to use tables and focus on xhtml/divs.
