SEO
When you name entries, you always want the frequently used stuff
at the end. So your post pages should be named post name -> archive -> site name. This is so the spiders don't take everything on your site as the same content and should help with the SEO rating. Other than that, if your content is "random" then there's not much you can do about SEO. Search engines work on keywords, right? So having lots of unrelated keywords puts you kind of all over the place. Do you have a specific niche set?
Design
I like everything but the header. Seriously. It's just a big blue gradient sea. There's no logo, and the green gradient under isn't so attractive either. Also, have you listed keywords in your navigation bar? If you're using that as your tagline, group the most frequent topics together in one big category. Something like, "A web marketing resource," would be more informative to readers. One last thing, the calender doesn't really serve a purpose, so why clutter your sidebar with it? I defy you to find one person that practically uses it to find blog content.
Idea and Content
...It's random, so the idea isn't that novel. As for the content, I'd like to point you to Microsoft Word and it's lovely grammar checker. Commas are not periods. I picked five posts at random, and all of them had run-on sentences. As well, your sentence structure is confusing, and ideas run into one another. The way you write your content actually reminds me of the way me and my best friend talk. We don't finish sentences because we're on the same wavelegnth and so a conversation might go:
"You know how it's like?"
"yeah"
"I know right!"
This is what you're doing in your content. There are several times when you stop and put in random thoughts that aren't relevant at all.

In my opinion, the content lacks professionalism. It even lacks certain words that are important to creating a complete sentence. A good design and good SEO are important, but what matters is
content, and I'm not seeing a big stride in that area.
