Looks like you're off to a good start with your blog! A couple of comments/suggestions for you.
I would go ahead and add a couple more blog entries now - one, to fill out your page more and balance the content and ads ratio, and two, to make it look like you're serious about your blog. Plus additional posts will get the spiders coming again.
The other thing is the list of drugs in the right hand column. I realize that that is an affiliate program you're promoting so you will benefit from any purchases made there. But the first thing that caught my eye were the viagra and cialis drugs (too many TV commercials!) While a woman might "benefit" from them, they are certainly a "man's" drug  . I don't know what all those other drugs are but you might consider putting some "women's" drugs at the top of your list instead.
