I think that the blog is really interesting specially the content with images makes it more relevant....and the design appearance looks professional to me! I think that you've done a great job on your blog!

What should I change? Maybe custom logo for the header.

Good use of the WP Magazine theme, nice clean look, and easy navigation.

Looks like you have some blank space in your sidebar. Have you considered adding flash banner to fill up that whitespace? Possible extra revenue and the motion on your pages might add some "pop."
