First, let's start with the good. I like the colors. White and blue tend to go pretty well together. It's a very clean template.
Now the bad. It's very very crowded, you need to do some formatting on your posts. Maybe adding some spacing between your paragraphs may help. Also, because the text already feels so crowded those ads really make things feel much worse, if I came on the site from a search result I'd have to say I'd be hitting the back button right away.
A little white space might do some good.

I like the color scheme of your site. It looks good and clean. The layout looks good too. Though I noticed that your ads in your site makes it crowded...
The blog has potential the theme is nice but your ad placement ruins the look and feel of things, overall I think it's crowded you should try to add some negative space to the page.
Needs a little tweaking. one more contrast color so the radar picks up on something. I liked the first article topic but it was buried in two layers of Google ads! Bring the content forward and up, bring the ads to the side trailing as the eye comes down to read the content. Vary the color of the ads so the text of the article is MORE distinct.
