Nice layout, But the search and other words at the top are hard to read with the black background

The blog is nicely designed the template, the ad placement, and the layout is good.

The site template is Ok the way it is. Fact is , money hungry web loggers who are looking for the kind of information you have want money ads in your face type of slam first look effect. While I happen to like this kind of site, your target niche might not. Maybe "money" it up with some green dollar signs or coins? Cheesey but tangibly related.....
