I had some good advice to change my URL so the one above no longer works. The new one is at: free self defense information.

Nice blog! I'd like to comment on the font, though. I think Arial or Verdana font might make it easier to read and follow. It's just my opinion.

i think the layout looks good but the photo and the very bottom should be centered and maybe ad some content half way down on the left side
