It seems like you have two logos, one in your header image (which is very nice BTW) and another above it. I find that instantly confusing, I suggest dropping the top one, it looks a little outdated (not that I can do better, just sayin'). You can then make the search bar longer (and I would suggest more prominent for increased usability). In fact, you should make it one of the more noticeable things on the page so users know where to search for tracks.
I've never been one for round corner tabs either, if it was me I'd look at other ways of designing the navigation menu.
Move your newsletter subscription box above the left-hand navigation, it's an action you want your users to do but you seem to be hiding it away.
I ike it's simplicity and it's obvious why you're there so that's a good thing.
I do wonder if the Live Support is really needed, though.
