I like the graphic ads on the side as opposed to google word ads, those feel cheaper.
It's definitely a bit text heavy in some areas, with out headers and subheaders that get me interested enough in reading it.

Sure "Understanding Home Mortgages" is iportant. But it's so broad. WHY do I want to Understand what your four paragraphs? What specifically are they going to tell me? Entice me to read more....
Change the colour of the hover-over hyperlinks up the top. The colours in the second menu don't work. Put more useful information/a blog on the homepage.
