Really, really good looking and well structured blog. Honestly though, get rid of that popup when visiting. Put me off immediately.
I don't like the panel up the top with 5 different ads. I preferred your old logo of the bird. It was much more simple. You've gone overboard with ads. Content wise, you've done a good job.
Try get the design back to how it was in the image you posted, it was better.
