you have got some broken image links. You might want to fix those first.

This looks exactly like the original wordpress theme except now there are links at the top. Maybe think about customizing the theme a little more so that every visitor who has used wordpress doesn't automatically label the design as being unoriginal.

It's just a wordpress theme so it is hard to comment on it. The content looks pretty good.

I suggest getting a nicely done header image and bringing the whole site into some sort of color scheme.

Something simple will do the trick. After all you want your users focused on your daily posts.

To this effect I'm not sure if I would recommend the 3 column wordpress layout. In my opinion 3 column layouts really distract from the main content.

Perhaps a wide 2 column layout with a nice footer would be a btter layout selection.

You content is good, just make the site focus more on that content and not all the stuff going on on the sidebars.

Looks pretty good... WrodPress... I would look for a different template though to add some color.
