This is probably one of the top 3 premium WordPress them on the market. I'm not affilated with them in any way. But love their product. The CSS is incredibly well written, it has almost everything you want from an SEO perspective built into the theme, and has a great support community.

Hardly. Thesis success is basically marketing hype and while the community may be supportive, the developer of Thesis seems not to be. Any time a client requests Thesis I point them in another direction. There's nothing special about Thesis. There are many other themes that are far better, also with supportive communities.
