Ok...really I need a lot of blog help. I am using the same wordpress template as Michel Fortin's blog, and would like the same look and functionality, but I'm getting hung up on what plugins to use. I'm interested in having someone set it up for me, for compensation of course.

Or, if anyone knows what plugins to use to get that effect, some ideas would be great.

Here's what I see as widget/plugin features on Fortin's blog:

• email subscription
• RSS feeds (by feedburner)
• comments' indication: this is standard blog functionality but Fortin's blog has a big-ish number next to the post
• Tip Jar: same as "buy me a beer" which is basically paypal donations functionality
• "Useful resources" seems like advertising to me
• Blogrush: sign up for it and you can put it up on your blog for free
• Readers: mybloglog (signup for it and you can add it for free)

Nothing spectacular I'd say and pretty easy to implement compared to e.g. problogger.net or copyblogger.

Anything else I missed?
