Glad you like 'em. But these aren't really "blogger tips" these are hacks or modifications for the template so that people can try to make their blogger blogs look different from the default template. If you have the time start a thread for "blogger basic tips" so we can add more content to the blogger forum and it become a valuable resource, I'll even help.

Blogger templates don't come with those spiffy CSS navigation bars at the top like WP themes do but that doesn't mean you can't add them. I found a foreign language blog that has some cut/paste code that you can use.
css-lybrary.blogspot.com/
The blog itself is kind of gawdy and has some flaws but the blogger provides code for 9 different nav bars you can use. He doesn't even ask you to link back to him or keep a url in the code. The list is on the left hand side for some reason you have to click the "demo" button that takes you to another blog that shows you what each bar looks like in action.
Like I said the blog is ugly but the nav bars are kinda nice and simple and he shows you were to place everything. It is pretty simple to do.
If you're smarter and know CSS and don't like those you can probably figure out how to make the nav bars from dynamic drive work on your Blogger template.
