There is some online software that is easy to understand that allows you to create your own wordpress template:

I thought it could be a nice way to test my designing skills. Some people just aren’t coding “experts” (like myself). Also, from reading some of the other threads, this would be useful to those looking for custom designs that they couldn’t find anywhere else.

Has anyone else had any experience with this tool, or opinions, troubles, or limitations?

Nice find. I've made a Wordpress theme once by hand simply copying and pasting PHP code into files. It didn't look very good though.
