Hi guys

I have been having terrible problems with my blog via blogger.com, i am going to swop over to wordpress, there seems to be an ongoing issue with people ftping their blogs to their own site, where you get a message saying

Your publish is taking longer than expected.

Whats more there doesnt seem to be any solution to it, and no one knows how to resolve it on the groups, and its not in the help files either, what a complete mess !

So im left with no option but to change anyway !

I think blogger is experiencing such technical problems right now. my blog on blogger can't full load my blog even a simple blog. simple blog, meaning mostly text, no animations, less images, and only has a background color.

Interesting way to get around the swear filter by using the French pronunciation of a synonym for rooster.

WordPress has a very nice import from Blogger feature. It's like you've been on the right side all along.

Switch to Wordpress now!
I've been using it in my 2 blogs and so far so good.

I have moved my blog onto wordpress now, and newbie you was right wordpress does have a very good import option, to get ur blogger blog into wordpress, it all worked well and now i dont have to sit for hours trying to publish my blog !

Hmm..I've never had problems with Blogger before (not that I use it on a regular basis). If I had to say choose between Blogger and WP, I would say WP. So many more features, and it's definitely more flexible with what you want.
