Iwanna start a blog .Can you plz tell me easily how to start it and where?
actualy i have site ,affiliate programs and heard about a lot about blogs but never started it or took initiative to start it but now i know the value of blog s.Plz help me start it easily.

Yes, both recommendations are good to start a blog, blogger.com may be easier to start since it is a hosted program and you do not need to set it up yourself, but might limit yourself if you want more flexibility in it.

Wordpress is a good DIY program, you can setup a hosting account and get a basic wordpress up within minutes, you have full control over the program installed and you are expected to spend more time picking up the program, installing plugins, changing theme etc.

I guess you must have a quality content for your blog. That's the most important thing to consider in starting a blog... Good luck then.

For blogspot, first, you must have a gmail account...then visit this site..

Blogger is what I use and it's good. People have said that Wordpress is better.

To the thread starter: I would compare both sites and see what would give you what you want.

starting a blog is easy if you want it to be prehosted try blogger, wordpress.com etc.

if you want to have a hosted blogs but don't want to pay for it, you can go to free hosting sites with blog cms installer to start with such as freehostia.com.

I agree blogger is nice and easy to start with, i started with this myself, and then moved onto wordpress !

I won't recommend WP if you want to promote affiliate programs. They have some special rules about commercial blogs. the best you can do is to get a nice domain, hosting and make the blog over there, that should be nice.

Also If you are blogging for fun - well, you can pick WP then.
