It also depends your country. I'm not native English and people call me "Jusso" instead of "Juuso". My name in a blog would be darn hard to remember... because I even get email to jusso@ instead of juuso@ (as people probably think there's spelling error on my email or something )

For that reason I'd pick made up domain name.

I have a bunch of blogs, one of which has my name as the domain name, and the other of which has my picture, name and a mini-bio.
