I agree - at least get a decent template to make yourself stand out from the thousands of other identical blogs.

Do you write the content yourself?

Yes, I do agree with flizz.. host yourself to have better control. In case blogger want to shut your domain anytime.

Nope that is not his personal site ranking, it is a group of bloggers' site ranking.. dont get confused on that.

For popular blogs under the .blogspot.com domain, Alexa actually displays the ranking of the blog instead of the aggregate ranking of blogspot.com. Seems like this blog is so new it has not ranked by Alexa yet.

For example:
http://alexa.com/data/details/traffi...e.blogspot.com

will display the rank of Inside AdSense blog, an official AdSense blog by Google. It currently ranks 7,177 in Alexa.
