Since I've got a webcam, I'd like to launch a webcam on my blog, and let people view it during certain times, Does anyone think this would help bring traffic in? ( i'm a model by the way.) And If so, what program should I use? I'm trying to incorporate Stickam onto my blog, but so far it hasnt worked...

I don't find it to be a very good idea. IMO you should be creative in using webcam to generate good traffic. Somethng very interesting or unique.
