Right now I have Memcache storing my vBulletin Database and I am going to look into caching a few more queries where I can with that. However for the Wordpress Blog not sure the best route to take with it. Shawn Hogan uses it on his blog to cache the page for 60 seconds in memory. Unfortunately he doesn't share how to do it Anyone have any ideas. I'd love to be able to do this. Also if you have any more tips it'd be great.

Yea I found that but it seems to be more geared toward the WPMU than just a single blog. What Shawn Hogan did seems to be different. Just wish I could figure out how to do what he did for Wordpress 2.1
