Well i want to run my own blog. plz suggest me some a web where i can start a free blog and place adds like google .

i tried wordpress but adds are not allowed there

They've a wireframe template model where you can drag and drop modules in.
Since Google owns blogger and administers the adsense publishing program, it should not be an issue.

wordpress.org has been coming down on monetizing blogs hosted on their domain, because they want to promote "pure blogging".

I'd suggest a couple of steps to seriously bump your earnings up.
1) get your own blog hosted on your domain (I'd strongly recommend wordpress).
2) ditch adsense, and go for affiliate marketing, or a contextual in-text program like kontera or intellitext (if you have the 2m page views). I have been asked by another in-text agency to look for publishers. if it's something you'd like to try out, you can PM me too.

well i am already runing a blog on my own host Urdu Blog but this is in local language (urdu Pakistani language) thi blog ranking is 4 and it is few month old blog i have lot of taffic on it but the problem is with adsense it does not show english adds on my site for this reason i am searching some free hsoting blog service where i can post some artivles about SEO or some thing else so plz suggest me

If you want to post articles, i think an article directory would be more appropriate?

Google for "article directories" and submit to the top 10-20 of them.

Regarding adsense in your local language, you might already know that the US and UK have the highest number of publishers.

Once you stray out of english, you might have to look for alternative monetization means...perhaps selling text links either through a network or selling them yourself?

I would say the most successful blogs are self-hosted.

i also agree that blogger.com is a good site.. it's easier to manage..

blogger site get crawl quickly from google bots compare to other type of blog. i think it is in their algorithm. they must favor their own. the more people use their blog the bigger the market share.

I set up my blog with blogger.com. When I had finished that first post, I applied for google adsense. Google approved my blog, it's about cat safety, in about 4 hours. The next time I went to make more posts, the google ads were there!! I didn't know how any of this went since I had never done it before.
Google is really easy to work with. They will send you a performance report about once a month on how to improve your click rate.

I couldn't agree more. Contextual ads that reside "inside" the content stand a much better chance of generating revenue. You also avoid site clutter because the ads are hidden until your reader shows a real interest in the ad.

yeah..why don't you try blogger.com.. it's also nice..and good to use..aside from wordpress

I started using the article directories about a wk. ago.
One of the directories I submitted my article to, not only published it, but forwarded it onto another high traffic site.
I simply wrote a long article combining the key elements of my blog, Sandy's Cats.
For 2 days, the words "CAt Safety", my blogs theme made it to page 2 on a google search.
However, when I search those words today, it is gone...anyone know where my link went????

I have to agree with everybody else man. Blogger is the best choice as a beginner.
